The Guest has to identify himself by showing ID or passport to receive room key. Otherwise check in procedure will not be possible.
A hotel day begins at 4.00 p.m. of the first day of checking in the hotel and finishes at noon of the next day. If Guests wish to stay longer, they must inform the reception staff until 10.00 a.m. of the day in which their stay ends. The hotel may not accept such request only if there are no vacancies.
According to the Guest wish, hotel provides following free of charge services:
- storing articles brought inside the hotel by the Guests,
- waking the Guests up at the specified time,
- provide the Guest with siteseeing and trip indications,
- changing towels every-day and other hotel linen on the request of the Guest.
Guests are asked to double check shutting the door every time they leave their hotel room and deposit key in the Reception.
Persons who are not checked in the hotel may remain in the hotel room from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
It is necessary to keep silence in the hotel from 10.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m. The behaviour of the service recipients should not disturb the other Guest. Hotel may refuse the service to people not following the regulations
Hotel provide services according to it’s standard and category. In case of any complaints on hotel services the Guest is kindly requested to report it to hotel staff as soon as possible in order to enable the immediate response.
Guests are financially responsible for the lack or damage equipment and other appliances available in the hotel room, which may arise due to their fault or due to their visitors’ fault.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the hotel rooms. Any expenses taken by hotel will be transferred to the Guest bill.
The fee for phone calls made from the room include the Hotel margin.
The responsibility of the hotel for the loss or deterioration of articles brought in by hotel Guests is stated by the art. 846-849 of the Civil Code. The responsibility of the hotel is limited if the articles are not deposited in the hotel safe deposit (the safe is available in the Reception free of charge). The hotel has a right to refuse storing money, bonds or other valuable articles, especially jewellery and objects that may have a scientific or artistic value, in case they are hazardous to safety, or their value is too high in terms of hotel size and standard, or the dimensions of such objects are too large.
All personal belongings left in the hotel will be kept for one year from the departure date. Personal belongings can be send to the owner after the personal date/address confirmation. Delivery cost is extra paid.
