Is there hairdryer and bathrobe in the room?

Yes. The bathrooms are equipped with a standard hairdryer. Bathrobe - available on request. See the question about caution cards system.

Is there a coffee/tea set in the room?
No. However, at your request, it can be delivered to the room upon arrival.

Can I take my pet/dog with me?
No. Unfortunately the hotel does not allow pets. We kindly ask you to provide good care for your pets during your stay at the hotel.

Can I arrive before the hotel day begins or stay longer?
Yes, but it should always be settled with the reception. In case of night arrival, receptionist will add a half day fee to your bill. Similarly, in the case of the extension of the day; it is possible to stay in the room for a few more hours unless it is already booked.

Do you have any security in the room to protect a small child?
Yes. While making reservation, we kindly ask you to let us know, that you require your room to be equipped with security contacts, furniture, and bathrooms for the safety of your child.

Do I need to take all the necessary small child equipment with me?
No. The hotel can equip your room with: cot, baby bath, a humidifier, bottle warmer, anti-slip mat, child seat, plates and cutlery for your baby.

How can I read the history of the hotel?
We prepared a historical newsletter for our Guests, describing the turbulent history of the hotel. It is available at the reception or in the information folder in each room.

Is parking guarded?
No. Parking is not guarded, but it is monitored. Parking is not closed by the gate.

Why do I have to complete the check in procedure?
The check-in procedure is required by law and for safety reasons. This responsibility concerns the adults. In case you need assistance, the receptionist may fill in the Registration Card for you, basing on your ID or passport. The procedure is not required for returning Guests, what significantly reduces the time of check-in.

Is the information of my stay confidential?
Yes. Information regarding your personal data and your stay are confidential and we never pass them to any third party.

Is the hotel passport necessary?
Yes. While using the services in the hotel, please show your passport in order to facilitate the bill settlement. Often, this document also contains information on your discounts or privileges in the hotel.

How does the deposit cards system work in the hotel?
At check in, you will be granted with the deposit cards, to be exchanged for robes and towels in the Wellness & SPA and used throughout your stay at the hotel. Then, while leaving you are kindly requested to return bathrobes to Wellness & SPA, where you will receive the deposit cards back. They are necessary for the check out procedure to be completed at the reception.

Note: You may order bathrobe delivery to your room. In this case, please feel free to contact the reception with the size of a gown. The bell boy will deliver the order to your room, taking the cards todeposit at Wellness & SPA.

How the reception staff can help me?
Reception is the “heart” of the hotel, consultant and concierge for our Guests. We make every effort to ensure that the time spent by our Guests in our hotel is memorable and full of positive impressions.

Which services do I receive for free in the hotel?
Hotel provides the following free services:

  • hotel parking
  • free use of recreation center at the hotel (swimming pool, saunas, jacuzzi, cardio gym)
  • concierge services - information related to residence and travel;
  • wake up calls;
  • storage of money and valuables during your stay at a hotel;
  • storage of luggage (hotel may refuse to store the baggage besides the dates of stay, and things with no features of personal luggage.

Should I report defects or oversights of the staff immediately?
We kindly ask you to report any faults/damage or staff oversights to reception. We will immediately remove or repair the damage. We care that your visit to our hotel ran smoothly.

Can I get extra pillows /blankets /allergy bedding into the room?
Yes. Please call the front desk. Service will immediately provide you with the ordered equipment.

Can I use the heater, irons and other electrical devices in the hotel?
Due to fire safety, the use of heaters, irons and other electrical equipment are prohibited in the hotel rooms and other spaces: is not the equipment of the rooms. This does not include chargers and power electronic devices and computer.

Can I smoke in the hotel?
The hotel is non-smoking. For detailed information please refer to reception.

May unregistered Guests stay in the hotel room?
Unregistered Guests may stay in a hotel room from 7.00 to 22.00. In other case, the hotel assumes that hotel Guest allows the standard fee for additional Guest to be added to his check.

Are in the hotel quiet hours?
Quiet hours are from 22.00 to 6.00 the next day.
While the quiet hours, Guests are invited to standards of behavior not interfering other Guests.

Could I eat breakfast earlier, before the official start?
Yes. Please notice the front desk about this the day before. If the trip takes place at night and breakfast service is not possible, we gladly provide you with a breakfast package for takeout.

Why is it worth to fill in the questionnaire and evaluate your stay?
We encourage you to complete the survey. Your comments and suggestions are important to us. On this basis, we learn about your expectations and we can change for you.
Completion of the survey is completely voluntary and can be anonymous. However, we encourage you to leave your details. Every 30 poll win stay at our hotel.

How do I get back my belongings left at the hotel?
Personal belongings left in the hotel, may be sent back at his own expense, to the indicated address. In other case, hotel store these items for three months and then transfer them to charity.

Is the hotel spa is exclusively for women?
SPA is not reserved exclusively for women. We offer a wide range of treatments for men. You are welcome to try the revitalizing, regenerating, energizing treatment improving firmness and condition of men's skin.
